The DineAmix Software Suite is a work in progress thanks to new client requirements and technological advances. This page will keep you up to date with these changes as they are rolled out. DineAmix will also integrate with No-Shorts web based analytical tools. These tools provide a client access to strong analytical data of their sales information from any web browser in the world.
Current - Adding Station Shift Counts of Products. This addition to the POS will allow staff to enter current stock levels at the beginning of their shifts and reconcile the stock at the end of their shift. Stock can be entered manually or weighed for bottle contents. The following shift will be responsible for stock after the reconciliation is complete. This is a simplified extension to the already comprehensive inventory control system. The module should be ready in late January 2007.
February 1, 2007 - Added Fixed Tip Amount to Complement Percentage Tip PLU type.
The Tip Percentage PLU is used to automatically recalculate a tip amount based on the net sales value of an invoice. This amount is not reported as sales and is removed from the server cash out reports. By omitting the percentage value in the amount field you can enter a fixed tip amount that will report in the same manner.
January 26, 2007 - Added Unit by Employee report grouping.
By using report group 1, clients can group unlike sale items to report employee sales for only those items. This feature option can be used to track supplier promotions on an employee basis. Contests and company rewards to employees can be calculated using this report form.
January 12, 2007 - Added Recipe tab to Menus & Inventory.
The "Recipe" tab can be found using the POS Manager and selecting Menus & Inventory. This screen offers a quick way to add SKU inventory values to PLU Sales items. You can now easily create Recipes from inventory stock as well as provide notes to preparation staff. See the on line documentation for operational details.
At the same time "Assembly" information has been removed from the "Sales Item" tab and "Modifiers" pop ups.
January 10, 2007 - Added "Report Groups" to "POS Configure > Groups" and "Report Groups" to "Inventory & Menus > Sales Items".
You can now create special reporting groups by applying these report groups to your sales items. This allows you to group your choice of sales items for reporting purposes. Reports that use these report groups can be found in "Admin > Sales Monitor > Reports".
This feature is useful for product counters that require a special number of sales items reported at one time that did not fit into already existing Tax groups and Sales revenue groupings.
Use the Forum to communicate with the DineAmix developers. You can pose questions or report bugs, even suggest improvements to your DineAmix software suite.
